Mr. Ali is the head of our police cases team and has been with Baitulhikma Lawyers since 2006. He is fully fluent in Arabic, English and Turkish.

Mohammed is the head administrator of our Civil Cases team in Dubai. He is responsible for the management and administration of court related works and actions. Mohammed holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Mansoora University in Egypt. He is fluent in English and Arabic and is an important member of our team for Dubai and the Northern Emirates, having joined Baitulhikma Lawyers 11 years ago.
Ayesha Abdulsalam Al Jaziri has been practicing law for over 7 years. She is a UAE attorney with full rights of audience before all major courts of the UAE and has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. Ayesha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Imam Malik College in the UAE and is fluent in Arabic and English.
Mohammed Fathi is the head of the mortgage sales & precautionary attachment department at Baitulhikma law Firm’s Dubai office. He has more than seven years of experience in the UAE and extensive knowledge in the precautionary attachment and the sales of mortgaged cars and is widely recognized as the leader of his field.
Prior to joining Baitulhikma, Mohammed was employed for two years with a leading real estate company in the UAE.
He is fluent in Arabic.
Mohammed Abu Khaled is the head of the rental dispute department and has been with Baitulhikma Law Firm for more than four years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) from Alipo University in Syria.
Mohammed and his team are responsible for ensuring that landlord and tenant disputes are handled swiftly.
He is fluent in Arabic and has a working knowledge of English.
Ahmed Hassanin is the head of the execution division at Baitulhikma Law Firm’s Dubai Office. He is primarily responsible for the handling of all execution matters before the Dubai Execution Courts – an area of particular expertise for the firm. In addition to this, he is responsible for overseeing the sale of mortgaged properties through the specialised mortgage procedures in the Emirates of Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
Ahmed read law at Ain Shams University in Egypt and obtained a bachelor’s degree in law in 1998. Prior to joining Baitulhikma Law Firm, he was employed as an advocate and legal advisor at some of the most reputable law firms and corporates in Egypt and the UAE.
Ahmed is fluent in Arabic and has a working knowledge of English.
Wael Gaber is the head of the civil litigation division at Baitulhikma Law Firm’s Dubai office. He is an Egyptian qualified attorney that has more than 18 years’ worth of experience covering most areas of law, where his focus is on banking and corporate-commercial litigation.
Wael read law at Mansoura University in Egypt, where he was given a bachelor degree in law in 1996. Subsequent to that, Wael was admitted to the Egyptian Bar, with the right of audience before all courts of law in Egypt. Prior to joining Baitulhikma Law Firm, Wael managed his own practice, advising on a wide variety of corporate matters, while concurrently being employed as an arbitration counsel at the Egyptian Association for International Arbitration.
Wael is fluent in Arabic and has a working knowledge of English.
Mohammed Ahmad is the General Manager for Baitulhikma Law Firm’s Dubai office. He specializes in general corporate and commercial law, with a focus on employment and intellectual property law.
Mohammed read law at the University of Manchester and completed his legal practice course at Manchester Metropolitan University. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in March 2012 and has rights of audience before all of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts. Mohammed is additionally a licensed wills draftsman for the DIFC Wills and Probate Registry.
Prior to joining Baitulhikma, Mohammed was employed as legal counsel at a large Abu Dhabi government-backed diversified media company, where his primary focus was digital media. Prior to that, he was employed at a large international law firm based in the DIFC for three years.
Mohammed is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French and Turkish.
